Repairs & Patching
Cracked or blown render, damp patches, hairline cracking around windows and doors. The cause gets found before anything gets patched over, so the problem doesn’t just come back next winter.

Questions
Before you call
How much does rendering cost?
It depends on the size of the wall, the current condition, and the system used. Every quote comes from an actual site visit rather than a rough estimate, so the price is accurate from the start rather than changing halfway through.
Do you work through winter?
Yes, though render needs the right temperature to cure properly, so very cold or wet spells can push a start date back a few days. This gets factored into the schedule upfront, not discovered halfway through the job.
Will there be a lot of mess or disruption?
External work means scaffolding and dust sheets outside, but the site gets kept tidy day to day and cleared properly at the end. Internal plastering work is dust sheeted around the room and cleaned up before leaving each day.
Do I need scaffolding for a render job?
For anything above ground floor height, yes. It’s included in the quote, arranged as part of the job, and taken down once the render has had time to cure properly.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
That’s normal, most people aren’t. Describe what’s going on with the wall and a free site visit will confirm what’s actually needed before any price gets discussed.
